TPO roofing systems have been installed in the United States since the early 1990s and have become a popular choice among commercial roofing contractors. TPO stands for thermoplastic polyolefin, which is not a single material, but rather an umbrella term for a wide range of different products. Basically, it’s a single-ply membrane made from polypropylene and ethylene-propylene rubber polymerized together. The materials are combined in different amounts to create different grades of TPO membrane. The resulting material can be heat-welded at the seams to form a waterproof, seamless roof surface.
TPO roofing is available in white, gray, and black colors, with white being the most common. These roofing systems are designed to provide superior protection against ultraviolet radiation, ozone, and chemical exposure. They’re also resistant to grease, mildew, and fire. This makes them an excellent choice for many types of commercial buildings (more on this in a minute).

Our 50-year workmanship warranty is available for full roof replacements. This warranty is for up to 50 years and is backed by the Fortune 500 company, Owens Corning.
A workmanship warranty covers errors made during the installation of roofing materials. Standard material warranties only cover errors in the manufactured product themselves. Since most insurance claims are rejected due to installation errors, having a workmanship warranty provides a key level of protection for your new roof!
